The Export Hub allows event data to be quickly exported and made available for download.
To utilize this feature, navigate to the Export Hub through the left-side menu, select the data for export, then click the export button.
Once the data is exported, a time log is generated and the data is made available for download.
Important: Download times may vary depending on the file size and internet bandwidth.
Files that were uploaded to the platform more than a year ago will have been automatically archived. To export these files, they will need to be unarchived first. To unarchive files, navigate to Files through the left-side menu.
To view all archived files, click the Storage Status column header twice to sort the files alphabetically, bringing all files with an Archived status to the top of the list.
Select the archived files and click the unarchive files button.
Important Notes: After files are unarchived, they will still need to be downloaded or exported.
Please be aware that unarchiving files can take a considerable amount of time to complete, so it is recommended that archived files are unarchived before downloading/exporting all files.
