IP Addresses for Server Whitelisting (Allowlisting)
Whitelisting, also called allowlisting, refers to the security measure where a service will restrict access to its resources to a pre-defined set of IP addresses. These IP addresses identify the servers making the calls into the resources from known, pre-screened sources.
The IP addresses Pathable will use to request information from registration services will vary depending on which cluster your event is being hosted on:
US-based clusters:
34.197.187.203, 34.197.229.75, 34.197.156.92, 34.197.222.74
EU-based clusters:
34.248.186.245, 34.248.14.239, 34.248.124.59
APAC-based clusters:
52.63.247.219, 52.62.27.200, 13.54.67.127
You can determine which cluster your event is hosted on by checking the URL for your admin:
- .admin-eu1.pathable.com: EU based
- .admin-ap1.pathable.com: APAC based
- everything else: US based
