If you are using a native app for your event experience, your native apps will have a unique app profile in the Apple and Google Play (Android) app stores. Below are brief specifications and suggestions for that profile content which must be specified prior to the app launch.
Your app name is what users will search in the app stores to find and download the app, so it’s important that it is obvious, specific and relevant to your organization and/or event. An app name can be up to 30 characters long.
App Display Name
This shows up under the branded app icon after it is downloaded onto a phone. There is a 13-character limit, including spaces. The name must begin with an alpha-letter and cannot begin with a number or symbol.
Provide an engaging 1-3 paragraph description that highlights the purpose and features of your app. It will only appear in your app’s unique profile in the app stores. The first sentence of your description is the most important — this is what users can read without having to tap to read more. Every word counts, so focus on your app’s unique features.

Icon should be a 1024px x 1024px non-transparent PNG file. This icon will be used in the Apple and Google Play stores, and is the icon attendees will see on their mobile devices.
