This release introduces the Call Now feature, a subset of the Talk Now tradeshow feature.
Direct Call Now calls:
The Call Now feature allows direct calls to selected organization staff members, rather than exclusively being a "round robin".
The Call Now button will only be visible for staff set to Available. Attendees may select Call Now to call a specific individual, or Talk Now to speak to the first available staff member.
Direct calls are not counted in round robin Talk Now call distribution.
If a staff member misses a direct call, they will receive a personal notification with the details of the missed call.

The support link URL field, available in Settings>Basics>Support, now accepts mailto: URL addresses in addition to https. Additionally admins may select whether an https link should open in the current tab or a new browser tab.
Email and phone number contact information is now shared with the staff member as part of a lead when an attendee has a Talk Now conversation. Admins are tracked as leads as well.
The Gamification Instructions Widget font is now customizable.
The Talk Now call window indicates unread messages on the Chat tab.
The chat widget now supports the use of left and right arrow keys within chat input.
Impact on existing events
The Talk Now widget has been extended to include the Call Now feature, so the layout of all organization details pages has slightly changed to fit the "Call Now" text below staff members' names. Although the Talk Now widget is now slightly longer, this change should be nearly imperceptible in most default layouts.
