Private Meeting Enhancements
This release improves the ability to host private meetings between virtual and in-person attendees via the Pathable system.
Admins can now create and configure specific locations in Facilities->Locations and enable virtual capabilities to these locations. When an In-Person attendee tries to schedule a private meeting with a Virtual attendee, they will be able to choose from all virtual-enabled locations.
A virtual location should provide the minimum infrastructure for the in-person attendees to have a good private meeting experience with virtual attendees. Make sure it has a good internet connection, is quiet, and with devices available for attendees to use if they are not able to use personal devices.
In-person attendees will be able to check themselves into a private meeting by scanning the checkin QR code associated with the location of their private meeting. Please note: QR code scanning is supported in the Pathable Native App.
Talk Now for Native App
This update adds Talk Now functionality for the Native App. Talk Now is not compatible with mobile web browsers.
This requires users to have the Zoom app installed on their devices. If the Zoom app is not installed the system will redirect them to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Talk Now for Poster sessions
With this release, Talk Now functionality has been added to poster sessions. With this new functionality speakers will be able to mark themselves as available to participate of 1:1 calls with attendees during a specific period (determined by the administrator) to present their posters.

Allow Speakers to Add Other Speakers to their Sessions
This is a new option located in admin in Settings - Agenda. This will allow existing speakers to add additional speakers to the session in the 'Manage' page of the app.
