Poster Session Improvements
- A downloadable import template for poster sessions has been added to the Data Imports page. Additional fields are available for mapping on import.
- A page setting was added to change how poster sessions can be displayed. Poster content defaults to display below pre-recorded videos. Now, this setting can be inverted through Settings > Agenda > Poster On Top.
- Pre-recorded videos can now be added to webinars and group video meetings for any poster session.
Layout Improvements to Meeting Details Page
Newly created events will feature a layout improvement to meeting details pages that lack a video component within its virtual settings. The improved layout now mimics the layout of a session page that has enabled a virtual video component. In addition, if the session has a location enabled, attendees marked as In-Person will be able to view the mapped location.

This layout improvement will only display within new events, however it can be enabled for current events. If you would like to manually enable this feature for your event follow the steps listed in this article.
Before enabling this feature on your current site please note:
- Enabling the new layout on existing events is permanent and cannot be reverted once complete.
- The migration to the new layout will retain discussion board style conversations. There will not be threaded chat functionality. This is to preserve existing discussion entries from an existing layout to the new layout.
To manually enable the new layout:
- In the admin dashboard, navigate to the Meeting Details system page. This can be found by clicking Content>Pages>System>Meeting Details
- In the Settings drop down select Page Settings.
- Click Reset To Factory Default.
If you do not have access to system pages and would like to enable this new layout for your event, please contact your Implementation Specialist.
