Pathable and Attendee Interactive CEU Credit Integration Follow

Overview 

Attendee Interactive's CEU feature can be integrated with Pathable session and user profile data. This integration allows admins to create a pathway for event attendees to claim CEU credits as well as access their CEU credit information in AI's My Credits dashboard. This API integration is 1 way, Pathable to AI.

How it works: Creating a unique URL 

This integration requires the creation of a unique URL (CEU-URL) embedded in Pathable that when clicked, redirects a user to AI. From there, a user can claim and track their CEU credits.

All CEU-URLs use dynamic tokens within the Pathable platform. These tokens allow the same URL to be reused throughout the event site. The tokens collect necessary attendee and session information when the CEU-URL is clicked.

The CEU-URL can be customized to perform different actions depending on the desired outcome. More than one CEU-URL can be used to create a more comprehensive integration.

This unique URL must be created by your Implementation Specialist.

Attendee Experience 

There are two basic configurations that allow attendees to view and claim their CEU credits. Each option can be used independently or concurrently based on client needs. Each option requires a unique CEU-URL. 

Option 1 - Claiming CEU Credits on Agenda Details Page

Admins can create a link style agenda attribute and attach a CEU-URL to any agenda item within Pathable. When an attendee clicks on a link to claim their CEU credit, they will be redirected to an AI portal where they will claim credits that are linked to the specific session.

Option 2 - Link to My Credits Dashboard

Admins can configure a CEU-URL to redirect attendees to an AI dashboard where all claimed CEU credits are displayed. This  The AI dashboard can also be configured give attendees the option to claim credits for eligible sessions within the event.
