"Date Picker" on Agenda Page Should Show if Multi-Day Event

Right now the dates will only display on the top of the agenda page if there are 16 or more VISIBLE sessions on the agenda.  Would like to propose that this is changed to the dates displaying if there are sessions occurring on more than one day, not based on the number of sessions on the agenda.
