Can you walk me through the rest of the scenario if we were to deliver this feature? You've got a PDF, say, of QR codes...on 8.5" x 11"? paper, one per sheet? Now what?

The reason we have not delivered this in the past is that this is where things break down. How do you get this export onto the physical badges themselves?

Generally, whatever badge printing solution the client has supports including QR codes natively. If they just include the email address of the attendees in the QR code, or the "ticket ID" as the QR code, our QR code reader can read those codes, so generating the QR codes and exporting them from Pathable has been an unnecessary step.

I can see why there would be a disconnect trying to make this work.  The goal of this client is to have the attendee badges also be available for lead retrieval.  Another original goal they had was for attendees (non org-staff) to be able to scan other attendees badges and add them to their contacts for contactless networking.

I will communicate that the qr codes from their reg provider can be coded with their email addresses for lead retrieval.
