Ability to make SSO enabled for attendee but disabled for Admin/hosts

Event Chair vocalized that it would be helpful if Single Sign-On was more customizable.

The hosts/moderators want to be able to have multiple devices signed on to monitor the chat during sessions, but still want attendees to be limited by SSO.
