Allow the delegate to minimize the session they are viewing, or to open it in a small window on the home page so that they can browse their agenda, alerts or exhibition without closing their session or having to open a new tab.

I like to add to this. There is already an open new tab for the Header Navigation bar but it is only "all or nothing" I would like to see the Open New Tab only be active when on a viewing page. This way the attendee will not loose their place in the streaming video and will still have the ability to have at least audio streaming while they are navigating other pages.
I do like the idea of having the video playing detach from the page in a smaller window and continue to play while they are navigating the site.
