Gamification Points for "Watch Exhibitor/Sponsor Videos": File & Video Tabs + Links & Uploads

Currently, points are only awarded if an organization video is watched as an uploaded video under the video tab. Sponsors do not have access to a "videos" tab (just admins), so they need to upload video files under the "files" tab (and therefor any videos sponsors/exhibitors upload don't count towards gamification points).

It may be helpful if gamification points earned for watching exhibitor/sponsor video could be trackable for videos uploaded under both/either the video or file tab. Additionally helpful if points are awarded for both links and uploads.
