Ability to customize the chat/polls/files panel more

Request to rename the sections to better relate to what they will be utilized for. For instance, polls are often used for Q&A, so renaming that field would make it clearer for attendees to enter their questions. Also to have the ability to disable the polls or chat per session. Some instances, like a pre-recorded or on-demand session, may never have a Q&A section.

  With the same idea of making that area more customizable, adding the ability to disable polls and files tabs as it is done with the chat and people ones.

  I agree with Kelsey and Lian.  These changes would make this platform much more customizable and will help all types of events.  We are going through this struggle ourselves right now.
