Changelog!

It's not atypical for multiple people to be working on the same site - since nearly everyone's still distributed or remote, it's not always apparent who touches what, and sometimes a feature can be set and a user can come back and it can be ... un-set. 

A changelog would help track who makes what changes to the site, and could be a tool to increase efficiency of site build. It could also come in handy to troubleshoot and test permissions structures, which is a continuing puzzle for many users.
