Ability to open attendee profiles from session chat in a separate window

The ability to click on someone's profile and have it open in a separate link I.e when you're in a session chat and you want to check out a profile of someone who just said something. Currently, if you click on the profile of an attendee it takes you completely out of the session and you miss out on what's happening.
