CEU credits - don't remove credits if attendees removes from agenda AFTER watching

The event attendee may have joined live OR watched a recording (earning the credits) but  has now removed it from their agenda and the credits disappear (from both their CEU report and from the specific event details export). 

Please offer the ability to disable this.  Once a credit is earned, it should stay even if they are trying to keep their agenda clean and organized. Thank you!
